Cool Roofs
Here in Texas certain times of the year, we will experience serious heat conditions. Cool roofs during these conditions are very helpful. TPO Roof Systems
Since the early 90s Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof systems have been used. It was both an economical and efficient alternative to PVC; it has been believed by many that it will eventually replace PVC roofing. This type of roofing system is still fairly new. It is about 28 years old now. It has a slight history of revisions and improvements because of surface and seam failures. It is a very reliable roofing system that is cost effective. The TPO roof system has a life expectancy of anywhere from 25-30 years.
